Refund policy
Returns & Exchanges
Our policy lasts 14 days. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item to arrange a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Full terms and conditions for eligible returns can be found below.
If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
We do not give out full refunds or replacements for items used for more than 30 days or used in ways not intended.
Postage costs are non-refundable.
We do not offer free postage for returns.

Non-returnable Items
Custom-made or customized items cannot be exchanged or returned for a refund.
Partial Refunds (if applicable)

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Orders returned to us due to customer error (wrong address, uncollected items). In such cases, we will refund the item cost minus shipping and packaging fees. If the item was bought on sale, store credit will be issued instead.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you. We will also confirm approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. It may take up to 14 days for the refund to appear.

Sale or Discounted Items
Only regular priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded—store credit will be issued for the amount paid.
Exchanges
We’re happy to replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item for the same one, email us at info@eightysevengroups.com and send it to:

Please include a note with your order number inside the package.
Customers are responsible for return shipping. However, we will not charge shipping for replacements sent via our standard method.
If the wrong size was ordered (for non-custom items), we can exchange it if stock is available. You must cover the return and reshipping costs (a payment link will be provided).
Shipping Returns & Exchanges

Consider using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance—we cannot issue refunds for items not received.
Natural Materials (e.g., Drinking Horns, Leather, etc.)
Handcrafted items made from natural materials may show marks from their creation or the raw material. Items that leak or are damaged in transit are eligible for exchange. If unsatisfied, you may return the item within 14 days under standard return conditions.
Incorrect Address
You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. If you submit the wrong address and the item ships, you will not be entitled to a refund unless the item is returned to us. If returned, you must pay to reship.
Discount Codes
Discount codes must be entered at checkout. We do not offer refunds for missed or incorrectly entered codes. If you experience issues, email us before placing your order.
Free Items
Free items are only included with qualifying purchases during promotional periods.
If returning an order with a free item, that item must also be returned. Otherwise, its value will be deducted from the refund.
Holiday Returns
Orders placed between November 1st and December 24th may be returned until January 31st. After December 25th, standard return terms apply.
Refunds are only issued for faulty items at the original purchase price. Unwanted gifts may be exchanged for store credit or other items of equal value, if available.
